CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policy: Cancellations Appointments canceled 48 hours or more in advance are free of charge. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Color Deposits All color appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the original appointment is canceled for any reason. We value your time and ours.
