CANCELLATION POLICY
Marla May Beauty LLC Appointment Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are not charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment incur a $75 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Color service investments are non-refundable and non-transferable. EXTENSION SERVICES Extension cancellations and no-shows are governed by the Extension-Specific Waiver signed at booking. LATE ARRIVALS Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require modification of the scheduled service. Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be charged the applicable cancellation fee and must be rescheduled.
